user account problem

Dear Sir,

i want to ask some problem about the user account.
why i have one user account will auto deleted by itself, but i can not create the same user account
when i create the same user name, it show that the user name is exist, can not create the same account.
when i want to search this user account , i can not search that !

please help me !

what do you mean by "auto-delete"? Post a link, preferably a deep link to the profile of the user that appears to be there twice.
