Can't login to upgraded 1.4.3

I cannot login after upgrading to 1.4.3 from 1.3.3.  I was told to use my username and password when orginally installed but I can't remember what my login was back then (like 2 or 3 years ago).
I am pretty sure of the username just not the password.  When I click on the forgot password, it says Selected user does not exist!

Is there another way to access the admin?

You can use something like phpmyadmin to access the database that contains the coppermine tables where you can see the user data.
