Delete install files after install?

I seem to remember that the first time I installed a Copermine gallery, the Doc said it was important for security reasons to delete the install.php file afterwards. I don't see that advice anymore and having installed two new galleries, I am wondering if I need to delete that file from both? There is also a root file called "installer.css" - does that need to get deleted as well?

You don't need to delete install.php, but doing so will do no harm. Stylesheets are of course completely harmless.
