file permission problem with xp_publish.php

Hi,

I'm using the latest version of cp and i've some problem as soon as I use the windows xp publisher function (xp_publish.php)
Everything works fine until I wish to remove the album in question. Files on the server won't be removed. via FTP I got the error msg 550 (permission denied) to delete any pictures upload with xp_publish.php.
My hosting provider told me that the file does any owner. This is why I can't delete them.

Does anyone know this issue and know how to solve it ?

make your webhost change ownership for you then - this is not a coppermine issue, but a matter of server setup.
