Changing the Terms and Conditions

I'm going to assume (rightly I hope) that it's possible and allowable, to change the Terms and Conditions, viewed when registering in a Coppermine Gallery.  What file would I have to edit in order to alter the T&C?

If this isn't a detailed enough question, my apologies.  Please just let me know what other information you would need.

It's in the language file eg lang/english.php. Change it to whatever you like.
