Unable to connect to database (Access denied)

I had my gallery working for about a month and I was able to upload pictures and everything worked fine. Now today I went to go to the gallery and it gives me that error. Anyone know what I should do?

Make sure that the file include/config.inc.php contains valid information about your database.

How do I change it if it's not correct?

Download it via FTP, open it with a text editor, change the information, upload it back again.

Okay that's what I figured. I did that and it still gives the same error.
