Help with Adding CPG to MY HTML Page

Im looking to create my website to look like

If you click Photos youll notice How CPG was incorporated into the Html page. 

If you know an application or topic on this forum that could help I appreciate it.........

they use a frame setup (not recommended) and a customized coppermine theme that matches the overall look of the rest of the site. No particular software needed, just some theme modifications.
