Coppermine just stopped uploading pictures.

when i upload an image, it gives me this error

The picture 'albums/userpics/10001/fp copy.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 127

i had image magick installed and reinstalled twice but it doesnt seem to fix the issue.

Has anyone here recieved anything like this?

Error 127 is IM's 'File Not Found' message.  Activate debug mode and look at the extended error message.  Check the file path integrity and the permissions on the files and directories involved.
