XP Web Publishing Wizard, Can't go past login window

I installed the XP Web Publishing registery key.
Then I select the required file and follow up until I reach the username and password fields but it does not go past this point.
I have Coppermine 1.4.3 (stable) bridged with phpbb 2.0.19.
You can try using logging in using the following login information:
username: trytry
password: trytry

The contents of the registery key is as follows:

The strange thing is that when you open the registery href in the browser you can get past the login fields required by XP publishing window.

I have resolved the issue, or so I believe.
I read in earlier posts something about checking the Log me on automatically each visit and it has worked for now.
