Strange after upload error

I'm getting this error now after I upload a photo and I have to click on "continue" to post the photo in the album.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 20971520 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 14400 bytes) in /home/virtual/site47/fst/var/www/html/cpg143/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 259

Can anyone help?
