upload pictures ftp/http

i have some problems first i have problem to change ftp upload back to http/uri boxes as a site admin
its only possible to have ftp upload / i want to add pictures form a different server so i have to use uri boxes

the next probem is that if i create a new user sample (test user) Registered

i can make a album but its not possible to upload pictures with the http://uri boxes?
(i have check the Registered rights)

can someone give me some tips how to do this..
or explain how i can change it back from only ftp upload to http/uri

Look at the groups page. The upload form configuration is set there on a group by group basis.
