help a newbie with opening CPG

I just installed CPG on my BLUEHOST account.

Now I am wondering how to do something with it. 

I want to open the program and start work but can't figure out what to do.

If someone can tell me how to get to my administrator page I would be GRATEFUL

DOH! 

I just discovered there is a README file in the coppermine directory and it has the info I will need to get started. 

Imagine that - actually sending startup info with the program. Amazing! 

I guess I'll start there.
