shortulrs and pnCPG random block

In short words - I installed shorturls and all the gallery works perfectly but random block doestn't want to work

I got such message:

Not Found
The requested URL /mod-pnCPG-view-soort-1-album-1--pos.html was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/1.3.33 Server at {...site name...} Port 80

everything works if java is loaded - but I don't like using java in this block. is there any solution???

Have not tested short urls and will not either due to time constraints so I have to disappoint you.
