For some reason I can't login.  Upon entering my username and password I am re-directed back to the index file.  The weird thing is if I put in an incorrect password, it lets me know the password is incorrect.  The same thing occurs with other users.

I'm running 1.4.4

Problem solved...

I deleted my cookies and all offline content.
