I cant see category in my album Manage - Admin mode

Hello,

Anybody can help me this? i have install cpg from one of my web host.... now i want to create category --> album --> subcategory...

i am in admin mode...i have clcik albums and in album manager i can't see any category...so i cant select any category in album...

is it old cpg version?

I want to do:

Category
  --- Hollywood
       -- Actresses
            -- Julia, Rani,catherine
    -- Actors
    -- models
