Additional links in Navigation Bar

Dear all, I have couple of questions:

1-   Can I edit and change the button links function to be links for other pages ?

2-   how many button links I can add in the navigation bar ? Maximum buttons ?

3-   Can I make 2 navigation bars ? like the 1 in attached pic ?

If all are yes , please provide me with the codes of each question

Did you read the stickies in this board? There are no technical max buttons but you need to keep in mind who they would look across the browser.
