template error pls helppppp

I have just upgraded from version 1.3.x to 1.4.4 evrey thing went ok.
but i have a custom template and when you click on the tumbnail to get the large pic i get template error reports.
attached is the error report - the debug info and my costum theme file of my gallery.

p.s. i don't know anything about php css etc etc... some programer made it for me but he's not avalable anymore so i'll have to repair it my self.!!!!!

I tried to update my files with the documnetation but did it wrong  got  more error reports 
OO and my comments field do not appear in any theme. not even classic .
