Hello - I have had my gallery up and working fine for quite a while now - but just this morning, i now get a 'Fatal Error' message when i try and go to my gallery...and i'm not sure why...

Joachim Müller

we're not sure either. A link to your page might be a good start. Enable debug_mode in coppermine's config to get a more detailed error message. If you can't do that using Coppermine's user interface, use a tool like phpMyAdmin, browse coppermine's config table and set "debug_mode" from "0" to "1". Post the error message you get then (not the debug_output).

Well, thanx for your patience :)

the link to the page is http://rainbowcarnage.3200bpm.com/gallery/

and here is the info it gives me after changing the debug_mode

<While executing query "delete from `sciboy_doxie`.rc_sessions where time<1143234853 and remember=0;" on Resource id #5

mySQL error: Can't open file: 'rc_sessions.MYI' (errno: 145)>

thanx in advance for your help and advice :)

Hi, i'm i'm not sure whether i'm allowed to continue in the same topic, but i think i have the same kind of problem, but i still couldn't get it to work.

My gallery is also facing a critical error, but it's with regards to the MySQL connection, but i don't know what to fix.

Here's the link : http://refreshingaly.s0-hectic.net/gallery

Here's what it says:

Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to database !

MySQL said: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

Please help. :)

your issue is different, so you shouldn't have replied to this thread. The issue you have has been asked and answered often already. It's not related to coppermine. It means what it says: the database can't be connected. Ask your webhost for support.
