first time troubles..!!!

Can anyone tell me what the meaning of the message i posted below and how to correct it.... I am not able to upload any pics.. i think imagemagic is not working well..!!!! I am running IIS 5.1 under XP .. please let me know h ow to correct this problem..

improper ImageMagick install, do a search on the board - this has been asked a thousand times.
Hint: the path to ImageMagic mustn't contain any spaces...
