Forgot admin username and password

Help! I installed CPG (thru my web provider's CPanel) a long time ago and now I have forgotten the admin username, password and original email used.
I do have full access to all the CPG files.

Is there any way i can find out what the original username and email address I used when I installed Coppermine?
If I had that, I could use the "forgot password" function...

use a tool like phpMyAdmin, browse coppermine's users table. The user who is member of the usergroup "1" is the admin user (usually the very first user in the list).
