Hi,

I have a very similiar problem to this thread (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=29099.0)except that i can't see my 'normal_' pictures either.

I've not tried putting the line suggested in as i'm not sure which file header it should go in.

hope you can help

The files are missing, you'll need to reupload them.

do not double-post, I already answered on the other thread you tried to hijack!

Sorry i didn't realise that i was doing anything taboo, i've quoted all the posts from the other thread below.

Where can i change the target folder for the 'normal' and 'full size' files?  The target for the thumbnails in the config window is set to '/albums'.

To get the site working i have moved my files to the root directory (as you mentioned in your post) and have changed the config target to match but ideally i'd like to have the files in a folder on the root or in the default albums folder.

Well, the pics are not where they're suppossed to be: when checking http://viperpurple.t35.com/cpg144/displayimage.php?pos=-787 as an example, coppermine expects the intermediate pic to be located at http://viperpurple.t35.com/2005/2005_020_Nepal_and_Tibet_Tour/normal_0508280389.JPG instead of it's actual location http://viperpurple.t35.com/cpg144/albums/2005/2005_020_Nepal_and_Tibet_Tour/normal_0508280389.JPG, which indicates that you appear to have messed with the settings for the albums folder in coppermine's config. What's your current setting there?

The fullsize, resized and thumbs are all in the same place.

viperpurple

i understand that but the 'normal' and 'full size' images only work when they are in the root folder, its like the target path is set to "/" and when i change the setting in the config window it only affects the thumbnails.  I remember reading somewhere about being able to modify the folder that CPG looks for the images in.

Summary:

File Location   = "/" (Root)
config setting = "/" (Root)

This setup works but the 'batch upload' feature is linked to the '/albums' folder

File Location   = "/albums/"
config setting = "albums/"

This setup will show all the thumbnails and the folders in the 'batch upload' tool but the '_normal' or '_thumb' files can't be seen.

I this post makes it all a bit clearer.

Can anyone please tell me how to change the path of the 'batch upload' tool so i can fix the problem of this post.

I realise that this should now be in the 'Upload' board but i can't move it and it started here.

Is it even possible to change the path used by the 'bathc upload' tool?  Can anyone please either tell me that its not possible or which file i need to edit to change it.
