It says there is no album

Hi there. Thank you for your help. I have read your instructions, especially the uploading troubleshooting section.

This is the error:
Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

The category I created is called 'Special Folio'.
The album under that category is called 'Round One'
When logged in I can't upload to it.
Under Users - Album permissions by group - I just have in 1 row, Category  Album Modify? With nothing underneath to allow permissions. Is this correct?

Make sure you enabled uploads to the album in album properties.
