Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

Newbie here. 

I can upload as a admin but not as a registered user.  ERROR: Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files  File: /home/cissell/public_html/photos/upload.php - Line: 864

I have the registered users set to: allowed to upload in both public and private albums.  I have file upload box at 1 and URI box at 0.
What am I doing wrong?

allow users to upload to particular albums by settings "visitors can upload" to yes on the album's properties screen. Please read the documentation.

I don't want visitores uploading.....just registered users.

I just changed :guest" to yes "alowed to upload" and nothing changed when i tried to upload when I was signed in as a registered user.....same message. "Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files"

is visitor is not a guest. Do as I suggested and read the docs.

Doc is rather large.....I am disabled and it will take me a day+ to read everything.  Can you guide me to where I need to make the changes.
