Cant login after bridging phpbb2 2.0.17 with cpg 1.4.4

I have the following issue after bridging coppermine and phpbb2 for the first time:

I can't log into cpg, it redirects me to my phpbb2 login, I can log in there fine, it then redirects me back to cpg, but then I'm still not logged in.

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://www.flopturnriver.com/phpBB2
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../phpBB2/ 
Use post-based groups?:  0
Use standard groups: 1
recovery logon failures: 0

Also, looking at other threads, I've confirmed that our phpbb2 cookies settings appear correct:
cookie domain: http://www.flopturnriver.com
cookie name: phpbb2mysql
cookie path: /

We just upgraded from cpg 1.3.5 to 1.4.4, in which I copied over all the files and ran the update.php program.  I then attempted the bridge manager wizard for the first time, and this is where I am now at.

The cookie domain needs to be a domain. Use .flopturnriver.com
