Hi there, can anybody help me?

mySQL Error: You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'KEY search (title,caption,keywords,filename) ) TYPE=MyISAM' at line 40

just a shot in the dark: your version of mySQL doesn't match the minimum requirements...
