memory exhausted

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 9088 bytes) in /customers/fisketryne.com/fisketryne.com/httpd.www/cpg140/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 259

Max allowed memory usage at my web provider is 16mb. i have already uploaded 300 pictures. i belive the script is trying to synchronize with the alredy upolade pictures or something like that.

anyone know what to do?

Upload smaller pics or get the limit increased or switch to IM if available. Please search the board before posting.

awgg, crap, do you know about any good resize programs ? that can resize without openening them ?
