images won't resize

http://www.funkycaps.org/displayimage.php?album=10&pos=110 is one of my photos on my gallery and displays the original size and not a thumbnail.  When I go to change the "Max width or height of an intermediate picture/video ** " to 400 (default), and go to check my images, it says that the file can not be displayed, like it's missing.  I currently have it on 2000 so I can view the files. Any tips?

Hi,

Did you try the Admin Tools, after you have made the changes in the Config?  This works for me to resize specific group of photos in an album.  If you don't only the pics, after the configuration change will be affected.

I have a situation though where a group of pics -- once working suddenly "disappeared" -- they were there complete, and individually, I can view them using their respective URL. It is obvious that something happened, I just did not know what.  No other files I uploaded before or after were affected.

You see those 2 stars by the option ?

(**) When changing this setting, only the files that are added from that point on are affected, so it is advisable that this setting must not be changed if there are already files in the gallery. You can, however, apply the changes to the existing files with the admin tools (resize pictures) utility from the admin menu.
