[Solved]: Problems - width and IE6

Hi!
I have got some problems with my new gallery: http://angels.fan-sites.org/gallery/
I have got a css based site with header, index and footer. It works fine in FF besides the width of the categories. I want the width to be 789px but somehow it seems to get wider at that area. This is how it looks like in FF: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v343/Emsan/blandat/help1.jpg
It's where it says "Kategori". I hope you understand what I mean.

The other problem is that the gallery looks a lot different in IE6 and I have no idea how to fix that. First everything was placed on the left side but I added <center> around the header and the content image. It worked but it still looks very weird. I have no idea what that white stripe is doing there. Maybe you know?

^^ Yes I found it out. But I couldn't post in the beginning. The buttons for posting wasn't there in the beginning. then I just could mark the topics and forums as read. But maybe that was a testperiod or something.

I have read the rules but I searched and couldn't find anything similar to my problem.
Maybe I should ask on another board? :-\

Change your main table width in config to 100% instead of 789px. Also, try to correct your XHTML validation issues.

^^ Thank you so much! that worked perfectly. Now I just need to fix everything so it works in IE too.
Any suggestions?
