mySQL database error while assigning gallery

Can anyone help me, I uploaded via FTP then tried to assign the photo to a gallery when the database error occurs :

The error is a direct result of your code modifications. If you added a mod then seek support on the thread dealing with that mod.

thanks, i will look a the last mod i did, and if i can't fix it will upgrade
