The look of the "report to moderator" icons doesn't match the look of the other buttons, especially for the themes "eyeball" and "hardwired". This is of course only a cosmetical issue.

Added matching buttons to hardwired and eyeball themes. Comitted to stable and devel. Will go into cpg1.4.6
