[Fixed]: [cpg1.4.x]: Changing username doesn't effect username in comments and pictures

When you change any username via admin panel (usermgr.php) then username is not changed for picture's comment(s) and picture's owner.

These are the fields in database:

• cpg_pictures -> owner_name
• cpg_comments -> msg_author
