Modifying text in Paypal hack

Installed the Paypal hack listed elsewhere on this forum and everything works fine but any clues as to lwhich file I would modify to change the "Buy with confidence" text shown when the user selects an image? When I check the source code I can see the bit that needs modifying as it comes under the following <!--Start Form Block for purchase options -->
<!--// Display image storyline--> but I can't seem to find these files anywhere? :'(

depends what paypal hack you are using..

open orders.php and look around line 425...
