Hi updgrade my coppermine gallery from 1.3.4 to 1.4.5 and i have a problem al the whords that have  accent mark the letter are became to  this symbol ?.

then  áéíóúñ ...now are.. ? ? ? ?
What can i do to solve this problem?
Sorry for my bad English.
