Can you help me patch up this error?

Hey! I don't know if this is the right topic but I need some help.Today my gallery was hacked by Mosavi1986 and the error that I had recieved was:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_meta_album_set() in /home/jmedia/public_html/index.php on line 748

Is there anything you can tell me about it so that if this happens again we can patch it up? Thanks!
