How can I get rid of user's personal albums?

Hi,

I have downloaded cpg 1.4.5 but I dont know about my sql so cant install.

Any way I think this question is common to all cpgs :
How can I get rid of user's galleries/albums ?

As an admin I wish my members to post in my pre determined albums.
