Notification Emails

I can't solve a very strange problem and i think it's a database problem.

http://fotoboek.hetallerbeste.net was my Coppermine 1.4.3. photoalbum. Exept for albums i deleted everything and installed the 1.4.4 version. Everythings works fine, but:

When users creates a new account verythings works wel. But i'm nog getting a notification
When users sends a comment, i'm nog getting an notification.
When users sending a complaint i'm not getting an notification.

When i'm installing a new database and site (example) coppermine.hetallerbeste.net everything is working fine.
When i'm usering my old database it won't work.

I've updated my database with update.php

Options to send the administrator an notifications are on!
I don't know where to find my problem.

I'm usering IIS 5 (2003) with the SMTP Server. In the log i'm reading:

Dont know what it means but maybe it can help you with solving the problem.
I Hope someone can solve this problem. Otherwise i have to install 12.000 pictures again in the new database.

Sending it to other e-mailadressen not worket either.

Well i installed 1.4.5. Still the problem remains. I tryied different SMTP Servers but no solution..
