recover DB password used for my cpg

When I try and visit cpg (http://four.frankowen.com) I get the following error.

MySQL said: Access denied for user: 'franko_copperfou@localhost' (Using password: YES)

How can I recover what password was used so I can recreate the username and password in cPanel?
