Thumbs/Pics showing up 3 times

everytime i upload pictures each photo shows up 3times.. so like in the categories it shows picture 1 3 times in a row and picture 2 3 times and so on and so on.. anyone having this problem? I currently have 1.4.5 with stramm's latest mod installed. Thanks
