Theme Not Updating

Hi,
I'm suddenly having some problems with my theme not updating.

Site is:
http://www.britneyzone.com/pictures

I've changed the theme to "newtheme":
http://www.britneyzone.com/pictures/themes/newtheme/template.html

However, the changes are reflecting. Have checked in the admin config and sql table and it also shows:
theme newtheme

I am not sure exactly where it is loading the current template from.

Any ideas?

clear your cookies

Have cleared my cookies and internet files. Makes no difference.

Delete http://www.britneyzone.com/pictures/template.html
