Login issue with I.E.

When I go to log in now and after putting user name and password, it welcomes me and then goes to main page as guest. I have tried "?theme=classic" to see if it was a theme issue but had the same results.  At the welcome page I tried putting in admin.php after my url but tells me I don't have permission. I have another admin account and I have the same results. Before posting this msg I had an idea to try firefox and badda bing it let me in with out being sent out as guest. I was wondering if anyone knows why this might happen in Internet Explorer? my site is www.kiscme.com and I set up an account=test PW=test

I was able to log in with FF and IE. Check your IE security settings aren't so high that cookies aren't allowed. Check any security software that has sway over IE.

I cleaned the basement and all is good, Thank you for the help and I will add that to my list of things to do in the future befor asking for help.
