"I Agree" before upload...

dear all,
did someone find a solution or can give me a hint where and how to make a "I Agree to the terms of Service" checkbox before a registered user can start uploading pictures?

what do you thing, is this possible to accomplish??

Add it into the normal registration disclaimer. Edit the language file eg lang/english.php
