Upload Problems!

I installed coppermine and I am trying to upload pictures. I can upload up to like about 180 throught the batch upload. Once I start uploading more then that the new pictures dont show up! When I upload it tells me ok but when I got to view them they all show up but they show up as errors! Why is this happening?!? I also have two other questions. Coppermine will only let me upload pictures from the upload folder, but not from folders within the upload folder. So for example I can upload from the foledr named uploads but I can upload from something like uploads/pics. One last thing. All the pictures that I am uploading have to stay in the uploads folder on my ftp right? Please help fi you can!

when trying to access one of your recent uploads (e.g. http://gallery.hpfantasies.eternal-magic.net/displayimage.php?pos=-346 that embeds http://gallery.hpfantasies.eternal-magic.net/albums/uploads/e-cosnyprem-22.jpg) I get a "403 forbidden", so this is something related to your webserver setup. Make sure your webserver is configured properly. Contact your webhost for details.
