pnCPG 3.3, PN 0.762, and CPG 1.45 problem

I have a clean install on a test system and everything is installed as per instructions (including disabling encrypted passwords), but I get a "can't find /index.php" error. Any ideas what might be causing this error??

I have no clue, would need more insight in your settings of pnCPG and Coppermien.
