This is probably going to sound really stupid LOL.

How do you change scrollbar colours with Coppermine 1.4? I have finally learned how to use Coppermine, and I have made two galleries. I know how to make scrollbars, but what are the codes meant to look like, and which document does the code go in, like style.css or template.html? I am fairly new to Coppermine so I'm very confused.
