Theme doesnt change

This may be a really simple question, so i might sound really stupid but...

i have just changed the theme on my gallery but it doesnt change on my computer it stays the same, but i have been on a different computer and looked at it and it has changed but it doest seem to change on my computer. i hope you know what i mean

does anyone know what...thanks in advance
