Fatal error - bridging phpb2.0.19 & cpg1.4.5

I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and phpbb2.0.19:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cpggetmicrotime() (previously declared in /srv/www/htdocs/###/html/###/gallery/include/init.inc.php:35) in /srv/www/htdocs/###/html/###/gallery/include/init.inc.php on line 33

Coppermine install: http://###.de/gallery
Forum install: http://###/forum
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.5(stable)
Forum version: phpBB2 Plus 1.53 Beta8 based on phpBB 2.0.19 (preinstalled Mods)
Test user account: use: ###/ PW: ###

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:     http://###/forum
Relative path to your BBS's config file:     ../gallery/
Use post-based groups?:    1

I just dont know what to do...
