Cannot create Albums !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ï installed easely the coppermine, now i want to create the first album!
These are the message i receive when i want to create a album!

Whats wrong on my installation?

what's the content of your include path (you can check that in phpinfo)
