When I register test users then the passwords are visible

When I register users in coppermine then the passwords are stored in mysql.

AND I CAN READ THEM ALL :?: , is that normal? because I don`t want to read the passwords of my costumers?

this is normal, there have been requests that this should be changed (there's a non-public tracker about this). Afaik someone posted a mod only recently to fix this in the mod board.
