Fatal Error?

I'm not installing but I couldn't find any other appropriate place to post this -

My gallery has been working fine since sometime in January, but I woke up this morning to find that it's been replaced with a blank page simply saying 'fatal error: " with no specific error for me to research.  What can I do?

Now I get the following message:

While executing query "delete from `zefron_coppermine`.cpg143_sessions where time<1148144815 and remember=0;" on Resource id #6

mySQL error: Can't open file: 'cpg143_sessions.MYI' (errno: 145)

What do I do?
