"You don't have permission to access this page" error

hi, I just installed coppermine gallery, the installation was smooth. But after I clicked the config tag and did some changes on the "user registration",
I clicked the "save configiration" and got this error msg" You don't have permission to access this page" . I found I don't have the privilledge as
the admin, I tried to relog in, but I got the msg "You already logged in", what's wrong with that? I run on php 4.4.1 , mysql 5.0.16 on Red Hat linux
